Anna Davis

Anna Davis is an artist that combines drawing, painting, printmaking and the written word inspired by the natural environment. Her work incorporates the use of natural inks such as oak gall for drawing in a process of walking, writing, research and creating limited edition artist books. Her work is often project led, working with the community and collaborating with organisations such as North Light Arts and The Ridge. Her work on display at the Town House is part of a project 'Duir' that explores ancient oak trees found in the area to highlight our dependence, necessary engagement and appreciation of these pockets of woodland and bio-diversity. Anna will be at the the Town House to talk about her work and with a wide selection of affordable prints.
