Annie Green

Annie Green is an abstract landscape artist based in East Lothian. She uses acrylic, collage and mixed media to capture the colours, feeling, and spirit of the land. Annie’s paintings evolve through layering and an intuitive response to her materials, allowing the work to move beyond traditional landscape to an abstract expression of place and mood. At the heart of her practice is a love of colour and its power to communicate and evoke emotion, inviting the viewer to connect with their own experience of the landscape.
