Ruth Alder

I grow, arrange and dry flowers locally, I am a volunteer at Amisfield Walled Garden where I am well and truly rooted! I am endlessly inspired by such a beautiful historical place. I am currently having fun making one-off unusual pieces using dried flowers combined with old books, marbled printed papers and old garden illustrations. I will also be selling some of my Venus Vases, individually hand sculpted clay fired vessels that celebrate women in all their glory, each containing a posy of dried flowers. I will have a selection of newly dried flower arrangements, full of colour, charm and longevity.
